Dance Fitness
Dance Fitness classes combine different styles of dance to make for a great
cardio and toning workout. Dances are easy to follow along and can be modified to
each person's desired level of choreography.  

Beyond Barre  is a fusion of ballet, pilates, yoga, and strength training.
Designed for a wide range of fitness levels, ages, and body types, complete with
progressions so those new to fitness feel successful their first time and seasoned
Barre enthusiasts will always feel challenged.

Classes are $
8.00 per class. Or you may purchase a 10 class punch card for $60.00
